A common mix-up

We are not jobcopilot.com.

If you were charged for a trial and want it cancelled or refunded, you are almost certainly looking for a different company. Here is how to tell, and where to go.

You are here

Job-CoPilot · job-copilot.ai

An AI career coach: job search, match scoring, an application tracker, tailored CVs and cover letters.

Run by i-savant in Amsterdam. Free to start; paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled from the Billing tab in the app at any time.

Probably who you want

jobcopilot.com

A separate company offering an automatic job-application service, sold with a short paid trial that renews into a subscription.

We have no connection to them: no shared owners, staff, systems or payments. We cannot see, cancel or refund anything you bought there.

How to tell which one charged you

Check the card statement or the receipt email:

  • Charges from us appear as Job-CoPilot and are taken through Stripe, after you subscribed while signed in at app.job-copilot.ai.
  • We do not sell a paid trial. Every Job-CoPilot account starts free, and the first 14 days include the Pro features at no charge, with no card required.
  • If the receipt names jobcopilot.com, or you were charged a few euros or dollars for a trial of a few days that then renewed, it is them.

Cancelling a jobcopilot.com subscription

Contact them directly at jobcopilot.com — through the support address or cancellation page on their own site. We cannot pass a message on, and writing to us only delays you.

If they do not respond, your bank or card issuer can usually stop a recurring payment and dispute a charge. In the EU and UK, the company must also give you a clear way to cancel.

Cancelling a Job-CoPilot plan

If you really are one of ours: sign in and open Profile → Billing, where your current plan is managed. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel first. If anything is unclear, write to support@job-copilot.ai — we answer within a working day and will cancel it for you if you would rather we did.
