You can still log in, view your saved jobs, and use the pipeline board — your data stays yours. On paid plans, credits renew on the next billing cycle. On Starter, monthly credits renew until your one-time free allowance of 150 credits is used; after that, AI-powered features (chat, CV Studio, cover letters, interview prep, match scoring) pause until you upgrade.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. Your saved jobs, CV, and all your data stay yours after cancellation. You can export everything and delete your account at any point.
Match scores are generated by reading the full job description against your full profile (CV, LinkedIn, and any preferences you set). Each score includes a plain-English rationale explaining why it is what it is. The scores are a starting point for your own judgement, not a guarantee. Most users find them directionally accurate after uploading a detailed CV.
No. Your CV, profile, and job search data are never used to train AI models. We use Google Gemini for AI features, and your data is processed in-session only. You can read the full details in our privacy policy.
No. You can use Job-CoPilot with just a CV upload. Adding your LinkedIn URL improves your profile (more data means better match scores and tailored CVs), but it is not required. You can also add jobs manually by URL or use the browser extension.
